The space Welcome to our apartment located on the first floor of our house, featuring a private, independent entrance for complete autonomy. Perfect for up to 4 guests, it includes a bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove with cooktop and oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is separate for added convenience. On the ground floor, you have access to a fully private space consisting of: A practical 18 m² room ideal for storing bicycles, strollers, or any other equipment you may bring. A small entry area with everything you need to dry your laundry and hang your coats. Free parking is available right in front of the house.
