Reserved for guests aged 18 and over: no children, no toddlers, no parties. And it is the center of the center. The apartment is insulated, and the curtains are blackout, but on a summer evening some street life from the lane outside cannot be ruled out. Blender, bread maker, and rice maker are on request, since the studio has no room to keep them out. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, and herbs are already in the cupboard, so a late arrival does not need a shop before morning. ★★ BATHROOM ★★ Unusually large for a studio, with room to move: a walk-in rainfall shower behind glass, floating vanity, modern fittings and stone-effect finishes, a bidet, and hotel-grade towels. Washer, dryer, iron, and drying rack. ★★ THE OLD TOWN AT THE DOOR ★★ Corso Umberto, Olbia’s main street, is a minute away on foot: cafés, restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and the evening passeggiata. The narrow streets of the historic center start at the corner, and the harbor promenade, the station, and the Isola Bianca ferry port are all within walking distance. Beaches, Costa Smeralda, and the airport are a short drive; bus stops are nearby for a car-free day. ★★ SMART CHECK-IN ★★ Self-check-in at any hour. You receive a Vikey link before arrival; upload ID and a selfie (Italian law), and the link opens the door from your phone’s browser. No app, no download, and you can share the link with your party. After the first entry, we send the key-box code, so you can switch to a physical key if you prefer. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00; luggage can be dropped off from 12:00 with 30 minutes’ notice. ★★ PARKING ★★ Via Garibaldi 52 sits on the edge of the ZTL, so you can drive to the door to unload. Free street parking nearby at the Ferris wheel usually has spots. If you want a guaranteed space, we have a bay in our own walled, gated car park at Via Sassari 20, just outside the ZTL: keypad access 24/7, cameras, assigned marked bays, paid, on request, 26 euro a day from September to June, 38 in July and August. It is also the only place with EV charging, a Type 2 point at 28 euro a day (41 in July and August); bring your own cable. ★★ GOOD TO KNOW ★★ Private entrance: one step at the street door and two in the entrance hall, then everything on one level. Two guests maximum, no children, no smoking, no parties, quiet hours 23:00 to 07:00. Exterior security cameras at the entrance, none inside. Stays of 6 nights or more get a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels, then every 4 nights, extra cleans on request. A laundromat is nearby for anything the machine does not take. Owner-operated and run on our own solar plant, with in-house waste separation after every stay.
