Great location! Here, you'll be in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. On the back street of the most famous beach in the world, Copacabana Beach! A few meters from the subway and a few steps from pharmacies, supermarkets, theaters, malls and tourist spots, such as Sugarloaf Mountain. In addition, a charming apartment with everything you need to make your stay the most pleasant. Next to the building there is a bike path with a bike rental point, one of the best ways to get around the south zone. The space This apartment is a charming bedroom and living room, with a fully equipped American kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. Here you will find everything to make your stay more enjoyable and fun. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach, 500 meters from the subway and 200 meters from Rio Sul (one of the city's main malls). Copacabana has good infrastructure, in addition to being very touristy. There are plenty of options for things to do in Copa: walking, sunbathing, taking a dip to cool off, riding a bike or skateboarding. With beautiful landscapes, you will be amazed and your photos will be wonderful. The neighborhood is also super well located and with a great transport structure, so you can still get to know the neighboring neighborhoods, such as Ipanema! The apartment has: - 1 queen size bed; - 1 single mattress; - Bed and bath linens; - Closets; - TV with Chromecast; - Wi-Fi Internet; - American kitchen with cooktop, duplex refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils in general; Apartment 200m from Copacabana beach and 4km from Ipanema beach. Our space has complimentary Wi-Fi, but we may have problems due to weather conditions or internet provider availability. We clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, such as switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc. before check-in. Guest access The apartment will be at your disposal, as well as all the utensils. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - 1) The property is located at a residential address. No noise that could disturb the neighbors is allowed. (Law of Silence - 10 p.m.) 2) Do not flush toilet paper/tampons/etc. down the toilet 3) The lessee undertakes to send a list with the full name and identity document of all persons who will be in the apartment during the contracted period, and may not exceed the number of persons stipulated in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed in the building. 4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of it in different garbage bags 5) People wearing inappropriate clothing are not allowed in the common areas. Use the service entrance (and elevator) when wearing swimwear or carrying luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand 6) Always turn off the lights and electrical equipment before leaving the house (fans, washing machine, television...). 7) Our check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and our check-out is before 11:00 a.m. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there is no check-in or check-out of other guests. If you want to guarantee your early-check-in or late-check-out, you can make a payment of 50% of a daily rate to reserve the property for your use; 8) For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linens with a blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath linens per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be contracted and paid for separately. Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition - Let us know if you find any in poor condition so we can change them / Do not use the bath towel on the beach or in the pool / Be careful with products that may damage them (especially makeup and sunscreen), as they can be deducted from your security deposit. 9) It's okay to cook, but please leave everything in order. 10) We do not provide oil, salt and spices, as we understand that these are food items for individual use. 11) Luggage drop-off at the entrance is not allowed. 12) All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays Enjoy your stay and have fun!
