Please be particularly mindful & respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise levels down from 10 pm - 6 am, Novato's quiet hours. Birthday parties and other celebrations may be considered if Novato's quiet hours are respected. Please contact the host if any questions. ★ PETS ★ We love our furry family members and we allow dogs in our house. But, please note that the backyard has some low foxtails; please check your dogs each day for them. Also, due to the creek there are some night-time critters that occasionally make their way into the backyard. Please be aware, take care of your dog, and bring a crate. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. We clean thoroughly after every checkout. ★ SECURITY CAMERA ★ Please note that we have one Nest camera monitoring the backyard space. There is a noise and motion monitor (no video) in the family room to ensure there are no large parties at the house. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home. There will be a charge for odor removal and furniture cleaning if there's evidence of smoking.
