Its a fully furnished spacious 2450 sqft ,4 bedroom detached home in a beautiful and sought after neighborhood of Glen Abbey. Guest would be staying in a bright and sunny 1 bedroom of size 12X12 sqft. Its a shared accommodation where myself and my wife with our 4y & 2y old are staying. Guest usage and cooking in Kitchen is limited to vegetarian food as we cook vegetarian meals only but we are fine with any guest willing to make eggs The space Its a 4 bedroom ,2.5 washroom , ground floor Laundry detached house in which guest will have access to their bedroom unit and the washroom is shared .it has 2 living rooms and a patio to sit outside. There is a semi -finished carpeted basement which has table tennis table to entertain yourself. Guest access You can use all the shared space like living room/family room /kitchen( veg meal prep)/powder room + your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom During your stay Since it’s a private room in a shared house . It’s purely a guests choice to maintain the level of interaction with us Other things to note 1. 1GBPS fast internet 2.Bus Stop just in front of the house for a GO Train station commute. 3.Private guest bedroom on 2nd floor. 4.Close to some amazing trails and parks and top rated schools. 5.Close connectivity to QEW highway 6.
