This spacious cottage is set in the serene country farmland of central pennsylvania. Located just minutes from the quaint downtown shopping districts of Lewisburg and Selinsgrove. Perfect for weekend trips to the area for outdoor recreation on the Susquehanna river, RB Winter and Shikellamy state parks or home games at Bucknell and Susquehanna Universities. Plenty of room in to entertain guests and a pullout couch for visitors or kids. A dedicated workspace on site for those traveling for work. Bedroom is located on the second floor. You will also find the mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and workspace on the second floor. On the first floor you will find the living area with tv and wardrobe. The full bath with shower is located on the first floor. (FYI, shower and water heater are on the smaller side due to space limitations, so if you require a large spacious shower experience and like to take long hot showers, this may not be the listing for you). Guests are allowed to use the entire guest house (except for the garage area), the two parking spot to the right side of the house, and the yard directly behind the guest house. I am available through messaging on the Airbnb app during your stay. I will provide my cell number at time of checkin for guests to contact me in case of emergency. Rural area with farmland surrounding the property. There is a private residence on the north side of the property. State game land is within 2 minutes from the house located on the hill to the north where there are hiking trails available. **Must wear hunter orange clothing when in the game lands during hunting season. Please consult DCNR website and posted signs prior to entering the game lands for safety information**. -Plan to drive anywhere for dining. Nothing is walking distance. Closest pizza place is 7 mins away in New Berlin, they also deliver. Door dash and Uber eats deliver to the property as well. -To get anywhere you will need a vehicle. Nothing is really in walking distance. -There are two paved parking spaces available for guests to use that are located to the right of the guest house - as you face the guest house (north side of the property). *There may be a vehicle parked in the grass. You can park in front of it, so don’t worry about blocking it in. * ***Do not park directly in front of the guest house or in front of the garage doors of the main house as we need to get in and out and would feel bad if we had to bother our guests to move vehicles.*** Note: if you are planning on needing parking for more than two vehicles during your stay please contact me for instructions on where to park.
