We offer our nice chalet in the Landes for rent while we are away. This is a comfortable air-conditioned home with large terrace and free parking. It is ideally located in a peaceful family park, a 10-minute walk from Lac D'Azur / Étang de Soustons and a 15-minute drive from Vieux-Boucau / Soustons Beach. The ocean is 10 km away (Messanges) and is served by a free shuttle during the summer season (be sure to check schedules and route). The space The chalet consists of a living room with kitchenette and living/dining room, a large terrace and a private garden. There is a master suite (double bed and bathroom with adjoining toilet), a 2nd bedroom with double bed, a children's bedroom with bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed. + another bathroom and separate toilet.
