The space The studio is recently built as part of a whole house renovation in 2022. The room is located at the front of the house on the ground floor. The internal door is locked off to the rest of the house via a deadlock. It has been designed to provide privacy as well as functionality of a studio. The room includes a queen size bed, 40 inch tv with with a chromecast including netflix, kayo sports, 7plus, ninenow, abc iview. In addition there is a wardrobe for those that like to hang up their clothes, 2seater sofa and and table and chairs to enjoy a meal. The room also includes ceiling fan and split system air conditioning . The kitchen includes a 205L fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 hot plates, air fryer, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a range of utensils for those times when you would like to cook a meal for yourself. Under the kitchen bench is a washing machine as well as washing liquid for those that need to wash some clothes during there stay. A clothes line is located outside. The ensuite is equipped with a toilet, shower, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, sunscreen, towels. Small outdoor area for a small pet Guest access You will enjoy a self contained studio within our house with a separate entrance via a sliding door with security screen. The house is fenced off to the street with access via a gate with a digital lock that can be unlock via a pin code or fob. The studio entrance is to the right of the house, past the carport. You may see us from time to time or atleast be greeted by our loveable golden retriever Marvin looking through the front door. Free street parking is available in our quiet, safe street. Alternatively bus stops are located within 6 minutes walk Other things to note We are a family with 2 young children. We have taken great care to minimise any potential noise and have not received any complaints from previous guests.
