Villa Kasbar with private spa 4* vineyard view

In the middle of the vineyards, come and relax at Villa Kasbar. In the Entre-deux-mers region, 20 minutes from the Bordeaux ring road and 15 minutes from St Emilion, we offer this charming guest house located on our land but completely independent. You will find all the comfort and the quietude necessary to spend a restful stay. The exotic decoration will assure you a total change of scenery and the private spa on the terrace will allow you a deep relaxation. The space The accommodation we propose is a small house of 40 m², located on our land (pour home is right next door) but has its independence. You will be able to access the house by the entrance on the parking side. The entrance door opens onto a living room/open kitchen. You will find all the basic equipment necessary to prepare your meals (fridge, microwave, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle). Please be aware there are no oven or dishwasher. On the living room side, two large armchairs are waiting for you to enjoy the view or to watch TV (Smart TV with free Netflix access). The bedroom offers a 180x200cm bed and a view on the garden and the spa. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom has a sink and an Italian shower in waxed concrete. You will also benefit from a dressing area to store your belongings as well as a safe deposit box. On the terrace, you will have all the necessary furniture to relax: two sunbeds with a parasol, a high table with two chairs and finally the heated spa all year round. The house is secured by an alarm system. Guest access You have access to the entire accomodation and you will have a free parking space. The villa is located on our plot, there is no real boundary with our private home (only a planted area). We ask our guests to respect our privacy as we will respect theirs. Other things to note For your information : The clear view on the vineyards is intersected by a more or less busy road at about 200m from the house.
