The space This property is an Italian villa where attention to detail is seen in every space. Vaulted ceilings, antiques, amazing art throughout the villa. A really beautiful back yard with decks, grass and relaxing spaces are yours to enjoy. Your space is a beautiful ADU with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The back yard is amazing, with full grown shade trees, a patio to relax in and a corral. Yes we even have a horse to get your animal fix! There will likely be guests on the rest of the property so you will share the common spaces, the backyard and courtyard. Please, this is a NON-SMOKING property. And please ask us about children under 8. Above the age of 8 would be fine. Besides an ensuite bathroom, It has a queen size bed and its own entry and french doors to the back patio/yard. And a beautiful attached bathroom. Parking is reserved for you in front of the property. We can accommodate one car per booking unless we are not full. Please ask if you need more parking. We are located in the lovely quaint town of Fallbrook. For a small town, there are a lot of activities going on frequently. Grocery stores and Restaurants are about 5 minutes away in Fallbrook. Bonsall is about 15 minutes away and has some good dining. We're 3 minutes west of the I-15 freeway. Temecula Wine country with many vineyards is about 10 minutes away to the north. Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Old Town are about 50 minutes away to the south. Oceanside also has entertainment and dining as well as the beach. We are two hours drive away from Los Angeles and about one hour away from Orange County. Hiking, and many other activities are available in the area. Temecula which is close by has many activities: wine tasting, ballooning, horseback riding, Old town (stagecoach stop) for shopping and dining. And there is a giant mall as well. We can accommodate an overnight horse. Just ask. Other things to note With respect to other guests, only quiet conversation in the shared spaces before 10 am or after 10 pm please. Please don't enter the corral unless we are there.
