4 season new cottage overlooking the scenic sunsets of Torch Lake. Very spacious and private lot with trees all around. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, full bath, and a spacious bonus/tv room. Main floor has laundry, full bath, dining, full kitchen , and a open space with a sauna, ping pong, and an extra murphy bed all connected to a 16x34 fully furnished screened-in deck (with fireplace, TV, stereo). Many toys outside...dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat, tramp, zip line, firepit, mini golf, hoops... The space Very spacious and private backyard featuring a large screened deck (fully furnished with seating, dining table, wood fireplace, music, and a TV all overlooking the mini golf and treed backyard to Torch Lake. Lots of room for parking vehicles, quads, boats, etc. in yard. We have a 30amp plug in and ample room if you need to plug in an RV. Winter time there is an ice rink on lake as well as easy snowmobile access to lake where you can connect to the Snow-drifters groomed snowmobile trails. 6 pair of snow shoes provided for your walks on the lake or the many groomed ski & hiking trails. For $50 per night you can have one RV unit in backyard. 30amp and water. No sewer dump but Sandy Bay campground offers a pull through station. Guest access 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, twin bunk beds, 1 queen murphy bed, and 1 queen sofa bed. Other things to note NOTE: CLEANING FEE INCLUDES SEPTIC TANK PUMP OUT AND WATER TANK REFILL. You are allotted 700 gallons of water (full tank) per minimum stay. If water get low you will need a refill at your expense ($73.50) by calling local water delivery company. (instructions will be in the welcome binder). Use water sparingly. Water coolers and Reverse Osmosis system on-site for drinking water. Refills at store if needed.
