There is an additional charge of 800 baht (~ $25 USD) per time for cleaning the whole room or 400 baht (~ $13 USD) for replacing the sheets and towels. If you require cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange this for you. - No smoking inside the room, room balcony, indoor violation fine 2,000 baht (only smoking area) in front and behind the building. - We only provide the goods on the first day you arrive. - For the monthly stay, electricity is based on actual usage at 6 baht per unit, water supply is 35 baht per unit. - The sauna rooms and the jacuzzis are currently out of service.
