The patio house

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests. The space The quiet residential development where the house is located is superbly located, as the Girona-Banyoles highway is just two minutes away. So you can get to any place of interest. You'll have the ideal temperature, thanks to the air conditioning system, with a heat and cold pump. If you're going to leave the accommodation for quite some time, I'd appreciate it if you turn off the air conditioning, because when you return, you'll have the desired temperature in just a few minutes. Guest access Parking right in front of the house, or next to it. In the cottage there is a staircase that will lead you to the terrace-solarium with a clothesline.
