The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests. The space The quiet residential development where the house is located is superbly located, as the Girona-Banyoles highway is just two minutes away. So you can get to any place of interest. You'll have the ideal temperature, thanks to the air conditioning system, with a heat and cold pump. If you're going to leave the accommodation for quite some time, I'd appreciate it if you turn off the air conditioning, because when you return, you'll have the desired temperature in just a few minutes.
