With two reception rooms there is plenty of space for your group to relax, dine and socialise. Perfectly located for both Leeds and Harrogate and within walking distance to all bars, shops and amenities. Our checkout time is 10:00am, however if you would like to check out any later ( 11:30am ) is the latest , this will be a charge of £25 which isn’t included in the price The space There are two large reception rooms including a sitting room with a tv and a large open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen space that opens onto a private back yard. The bedrooms are over 2 floors, on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 room with twin single beds and a second large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed On the top floor are 2 more rooms ,both with double beds. There’s a private outdoor yard with chairs and a table for you to enjoy on warm days. Guest access You will have access to the whole property during your stay Other things to note The property has recently been refurbished with a new bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen diner / living room area. Sleeps up to 9 people. No parties. Quiet hours 10pm-9am please No shoes policy please
