The space This one bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house, converted from the attic of the house, and it takes up the entire 3rd floor. The apartment is a walk-up unit, accessible only through stairs. Complete privacy with a separate entrance. **If you have difficulty using stairs, this place may not be a good fit for you. ** **Ceiling becomes lower around the edge of the unit. If you are tall or 6 feet+, you may find the ceiling not high enough.** The apartment is newly renovated, and is suited for 1 person to stay overnight. It has a double size bed. The apartment has a workspace in the living room, with a new 32" Samsung monitor and a fast wireless network. Kitchen appliances in the Unit: 1. It has two split ductless Air-conditioners. Ways of commuting to New York City include the following: 1. Drive to Metro North Railroad Station located at Scarsdale Village (4 mins), express train to New York City. 2. Walk to a bus stop near the unit (3 mins), take the bus to Metro North Railroad Station located at Scarsdale Village (10 mins on the bus), express train to New York City. 3. Uber/Lyft/local Taxi to Metro North Railroad Station located at Scarsdale Village (4 mins), express train to New York City. Guest access The entire apartment and its entrance is accessible to guest(s). Private entrance is located at the back of the house with a key pad. Each guest will be provided with an unique key pad access code before check-in. Other things to note The hosting family has lived in the area for many years.
