A traditional two bedroom tenement flat, this is my home which I rent as a one-bedroom flat when I'm away. Make yourself comfortable in your home away from home, set up for remote-working in a quiet first-floor residence 200m from Shawlands high street and 200m to crossmyloof station which takes you one stop (6mins) to Glasgow Central. The space This is a large two-bedroom flat, which I live and work in part of the time, and rent out as a one-bedroom flat when I travel. It therefore has everything you could possibly need for a home whether it be for holiday, work travel or remote-working. The spacious living room has a window seat for morning coffee, two comfy sofas and coffee table facing a fireplace, and a home -office for remote working set in the alcove. I also have yoga mats and weights for morning workouts. The kitchen-diner is well equipped with all mod cons including microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and full cooker and fridge-freezer. In the alcove is a four seater dining table. The bathroom has both shower and bath and toiletries are provided. The guest bedroom has a comfy doble bed, large wardrobe, draws, mirror and a desk to work from. The flat is an old tenement flat of which there are 8 in this four story block (mine is 1st floor) and they share a garden at the back. Guest access While I am away guests will have full and sole use of the flat, minus my bedroom.
