The high-end kitchen and dining space as well as the living room area, and an open-style bedroom (with a king-sized bed), are located on the ground level of the penthouse duplex. Upper level features an open-style bedroom with a king-sized bed together with an adjacent walk-in wardrobe and a spacious walk-in shower, as well as an open-style study with dedicated desk space. Both bedrooms have a TV. In the living area, you can enjoy an 85" inch TV with a sound system. The bathtub bathroom is located on the ground level of the duplex. The basement parking offers one (1) dedicated parking space. This apartment is equipped with central air conditioning provided by the building’s chiller system. The AC is designed to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature between 23–25 °C. Lower temperatures (such as 17–18 °C) are not possible, as they are outside the normal operating range and the cooling supply is controlled by the building’s central system. Guest access Our team meets you at the Plaza Level entrance of the building for key handover and registration. Concierge/self check-in isn’t possible. Access system: The building uses a modern facial recognition system for resident/guest entry. We must pre-register all guests at least 1 day before arrival. What you’ll need: 1) Passport or Emirates ID (photocopy in advance + original at arrival) of every guest 2) A digital headshot (JPG, white background, ~1080×1090 px, good lighting, no hat/sunglasses, face centered and clearly visible) for each adult guest 3) Your mobile number (contact number) Once we meet you at the Plaza Level and complete registration, entry is via facial recognition, and you can take the lifts from B, G, or M to the apartment.
