Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a beautiful garden and wildlife pond. 15 mins walk from Weymouth’s award winning beach and Lodmoor Country Park (seasonal miniature steam train, Sealife Centre and Sandworld). Easy reach of Weymouth’s historic harbour. The space The house offers 3 bedrooms (one room with a double bed, a twin room with two single beds, and a single bedroom with a single bed). There is an upstairs toilet and separate bath, shower over bath and basin. Downstairs you’ll find an open plan double lounge with sofa’s at the front end and a desk at the other end offering plenty of room for anyone needing to work from home. The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and 4 chairs. The dining room offers a more formal dining area with a table and chairs for 8 with a beautiful view of the garden. There is also a downstairs toilet. Guest access Free on street parking with plenty of availability, two cars can fit outside the house, several down the side road, also a private driveway for one car. Other things to note Due to the steps to the back garden and wildlife pond, we suggest children should be supervised at all times when outside. Families with younger children stay at your own risk. Older children may enjoy pond dipping.
