This industrial-themed 24 sqm condo in Antara Residences Condomium in Talisay City, Cebu was designed to give you a sense of travel. It gives you and your loved ones an art experience with a mural wall painting (done by a local artist) of the CCLEX bridge as your background. Great for guests with kids as we have access to a mini waterpark, mini playground and kids pool. Our 2guests enjoy dipping in our luxury feel pool at no additional cost. If you're working or resting, this is the right place. The space Everyone can enjoy the wine and coffee bar while sitting on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunset, or enjoying the quiet atmosphere. You can turn off the main light and leave the lamps open for a cozier vibe. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and maximum capacity is 5, with 3 guests on the bunk bed (top single bed-1, bottom queen bed-2) and two guests on the sofa bed. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed. By default, we don't convert the sofa into bed unless there are more than 3 guests. We have a fully functional kitchen w/rice cooker and microwave to make it more convenient while you prepare meals. The TV has Netflix and Disney+ for your entertainment. We offer upto 200mbps fiber optic internet from PLDT during your stay. PLEASE CHECK THE PARKING RATE IF YOU NEED IT BEFORE BOOKING. The current rates are in the photos. The parking rate is collected at the reception or by the security. HOUSE RULES: • No loud parties during quiet hours • No cooking of dried food • No flushing of anything in the toilet including toilet paper! • NO DRAINING OF COOKING OIL IN THE KITCHEN SINK. You can put the oil in the oil dispenser. • Respect the space. SWIMMING POOL: • Opens 7am-8pm • Only 2 guests are free to use the pool. • 200/day use until 5pm, 100extra if swimming extends 5-8pm. • Heated Shared Jacuzzi is not free. 300/head for 30minutes use. 3 jacuzzi areas maximum of 4people. • Mini Golf is 200/head. GETTING AROUND: Within the condominium, there is the Antara Retail Strip. There is a coffee shop, a workspace, a massage and spa, and a car wash. More and more stores are being added. You don't have to wait for us. Check-in at your own convenience. You can check-in anytime after 3:00PM on your check in date. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you'll be given an access code that you can use to get in and out of the smart door lock. You never have to worry about forgetting your keys. • The lobby and reception area guards are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The unit is on the 8th floor of the building. • All adult guests must bring valid ID to present at the reception for security reasons. Other things to note • The unit does not have a cabinet for your clothes. However, there is a designated space for your suitcases to move it out of the way. • Washer/Dryer and hot shower are out of order, not available for use until further notice.
