Charming York cottage with patio area and parking for 2 cars. Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, a shop and a cafe. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park which includes a bowling alley and a cinema. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. The space A newly refurbished, tastefully decorated cottage with very spacious rooms. 2 double bedrooms, brand new kitchen and upstairs bathroom, dining room with farmhouse table , cosy living room and downstairs toilet. The cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Large outdoor area with patio furniture and large parking area on the premises. Guest access Whole house and patio. Large parking area for 2 cars, please park on the area with light coloured gravel, not on the darker gravel closest to the house. Private entrance. Self check in via key box. We do not have electric car charging facilities. Please note the access lane is a private road. Other things to note Welcome pack including milk, loaf, butter and jams, biscuits and popcorn/crisps provided. Please advise on any allergies or special diets . Please advise on birthdays and special occasions etc as we can add extra touches according to guests wishes. Information pack also provided to inform guests on local amenities, routes and maps, York Tourist information and tips from a local! Also included are instructions for household appliances. We are, however, contactable throughout your stay to provide any assistance you may need. WI FI and Netflix provided. Travel cot and high chair always available. Stair gate, bed guard and Single mattress for little ones as well as early years books and toys available on request.
