The space The house has been renovated, it has a blanket on the entire roof for air conditioning and no risk of leaks. It has a good space for 3 guests. Excellent location for those who really want to walk around and have a quiet place to sleep, eat, leave the car in the garage and go to the central square at night because it is very close to the central area of the Balneário, paved streets and quiet. We have a garage with an electronic gate. Guest access Guests have access to the house through the garage or one of the front doors with bars.
