The kitchen has basic cooking items (pots/pans/silverware, etc.) available for use as well as a microwave and toaster oven. There are two bedrooms for guest use, one with a queen bed and a room with two twin beds. There is a tv in each bedroom as well a closet, dresser, luggage rack and chair. There is a bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a large backyard available to relax in or to run around. Enjoy bird watching and sunsets through the trees on the walk out deck. There are lights and a patio set if you want to eat outdoors or hang out in the evening. There is a firepit/chimenea area in the back as well on a concrete pad away from the house. Neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is generally quiet and peaceful. The property and one room is used by the owner part time, but you will be the only ones there during your booking! The guest rooms are only utilized during a stay and throughly cleaned between bookings. Although pets are not allowed at this time, a dog and cat are periodically at the property as a note for anyone who is allergy sensitive. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! There are regular walkers you may see during your stay. County/city quiet hours are 11pm to 7am, no outdoor noises/activities should be audible during this window. The home has a gravel driveway with ample parking. The neighborhood is generally peaceful and quiet. A cat and dog are periodically at the property (but never in the guest bedrooms) for anyone who is allergy sensitive. No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/etc. allowed in this home for the respect of all guests and any sensitivities and the protection of furniture and items in the home.
