Relax on the deck and enjoy stunning sunrises and ocean views. 1 large bedroom (queen bed) with walk in robe, with smaller occasional guest room. Modern Bathroom/toilet/shower and washing machine. Compact kitchen (note does not have a FULL oven, only a bench top oven, hob and air fryer), but beautifully appointed. Has everything you need. Lounge/dining open out to deck and ocean views, as does the master bedroom. The space Built in 2020, the cottage is warm and cosy. Master bedroom and open plan lounge open to stunning ocean views, with a lovely wee deck. Perfect for that morning coffee - or evening glass of wine! The kitchen is compact, but has all you'll need for your stay. Beautiful modern bathroom area, with awesome open shower, toilet and Laundry. Joans place has parking and a separate entry with Shared yard/clothes line/garden area Note: We live on site in a separate dwelling. We have a big dog, Jess - who is so sweet, bit doesnt appreciate personal space! We have a cat and chickens. Our cat is a bit nervous, so you probably wont even see her. Our home is approx 3 mtrs from the cottage, but our main living area is on the far side of the house, so the cottage is quite private. Guest access Cottage is fully private/separate from owners dwelling. Private front deck Shared front lawn, but still relatively private. Plenty of room in the surrounding area for walks. Other things to note Off street parking is available. Joans Place is approx 20ks from Nelson/airport. There is no public transport to house, with the expection of Taxis. The nearest Village is 8 kilometers away, with a supermarket, bakery, boutique shops, bars and restaurants. Rabbit Island beach is approx 8kms. Golden Bay /Abel Tasman National Park is approx 90 minutes drive. So much to do in the area! Beaches, Mountain Biking, Wineries, Micro Breweries, Artesians etc etc etc. Or just sit on the deck with your feet up and relax! The property is on Rain water, with an Eco waste system, so we are careful with water consumption in the dry season and also try to use eco products around the property.
