Adorable cottage located on a 1.3 acre lot directly on Lake Riverside. We are an easy 15 minute drive to quaint, historic downtown Thomasville. You will enjoy the old brick streets with many wonderful boutiques, coffee shops and amazing restaurants! Fish on the huge dock including a fish cleaning table with water. After a long day shopping, relax by the fire pit or curl up in a quilt on the screened patio overlooking the lake. Step back in time…soak in nature, relax and unwind! The space If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Our goal is for you to feel as if you are stepping back in time to Grandpa’s lake house, as this is exactly what the cottage is to us. Here you will find a home that is comfortably at ease…not stuffy. We want you to fall in love with our cottage as much as we have! Step in, breathe in the feel of ‘at home’. We truly want you to enjoy your friends and family time with us and welcome any special requests. We will do our best to make your stay a memorable one! And secondly, if you are looking for a party house or a home to accommodate more than four persons, we would NOT be your choice. We STRICTLY adhere to a four person max and require guest visitors approval. We have the most wonderful neighbors who look out for each other and we want to preserve their peace and quiet, as well. They notice additional guests, as well as pets that have not been registered and approved. Your respect for our home and them is so very appreciated! Guest access The entire home and laundry house are accessible to you, with the exception of personal belongings closets, as well as our personal refrigerator in the laundry house.**Please note that the pontoon boat is not for guest usage. Other things to note Please note: There are approximately five steps to enter the front door and seven steps when exiting from the kitchen to the back yard. We very STRICTLY ENFORCE A NO SMOKING RULE! This applies to in the home, as well as outside on the property. This includes smoking and/or vaping of any kind. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this rule. **The pontoon boat is not for guest use.
