A cosy living room featuring a plush sectional sofa, combustion fireplace, smart TV, board games, books, and magazines — perfect for unwinding. Reverse-cycle ducted heating and cooling throughout the home for year-round comfort. Enjoy the peaceful surrounds of a small country village — just under 4 hours’ drive from Sydney, less than 2 hours from Canberra, and around 6 hours from Melbourne. Travelling by train? The XPT stops at nearby Harden and Cootamundra stations. Station transfers can be arranged for a small additional fee. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and garden. Off-street parking is available via a side street, with a covered carport for your convenience. Other things to note A warm welcome awaits you with a thoughtful gift upon arrival, which could be sparkling, white, or red wine. If wine isn’t your preference, we’ll have some sweet treats ready for you to enjoy. You’ll also find bread, juice, milk, margarine, and jam to start your stay, along with a basic pantry for your convenience. Meals can be provided upon request for an additional charge. We personally greet guests on arrival with a quick house tour, then leave you to relax and enjoy your stay in peace. Please note, all guests must be at least 18 years old.
