Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes. The space Please note that we do not accept groups for noisy events such as hen/bachelor parties, corporate meetings, etc. We care about both the comfort of our guests and other summer visitors. The heart of the house is the spacious living room, with a high ceiling, a large window, a comfortable sofa and a table for long feasts. It's a comfortable space for the whole family or a group of friends. This is where we spend our evenings together, playing cards, board games and watching movies. Doing nothing together by the fireplace also comes into play . After all, it's a vacation home! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for action. In it you will find: induction hob with extractor, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, 15 bar cob coffee maker, drawers with full crockery, pots, pans and accessories. There will also be coffee, tea, condiments and a view of the forest. A large oak table will accommodate all guests. The house has two bathrooms, and in each you'll find hair dryers, roomy cabinets, liquid hand soap and 2-in-1 shampoo and soap in the shower. Each is equipped with a shower with a rain shower head, the lower one additionally with a urinal, and the upper one with a large bathtub. We wash towels and linens at high temperatures. We care about cleanliness and comfort. In the bathrooms you will find rugs, shelves, cups and even a comfortable chair. The private area consists of four bedrooms - two double and two with single beds. It's space for eight people, and if there were more of you, we have the option of adding two canoes and a travel crib for a toddler. Comfortable, thick mattresses, fresh bedding, bedspreads, blankets, lamps and armchairs, all prepared so that guests will feel at home. In each room you will find sizable chests of drawers, suitcase racks or hangers. The Mazurian atmosphere is added by beautiful photos of the local nature taken from a bird's eye view. The terrace is an additional 60m² of common space, with a place to lie in the sun and drink your morning coffee. The garden, although not large, is enough for a game of badminton or volleyball. There is also a small, fenced playground on the property with a sandbox and swings for the little ones. At your disposal we have deck chairs, rackets, balls and a hammock. Do you like to barbecue? That's great! We have prepared a grill - just stock up on coals and you're ready to go! The back of the garden hides a gate to the forest, through which leads the way to the lake.... We also provide guests with a hot tub - a great way to relax. Attention!!! Balia is open only until mid-September! fit 6 people in it, but there are known cases of breaking records :). Heated water, bubbles and colorful lights encourage you to relax even at night. The ballia stands in a secluded corner of the property on the side of the forest, so peace and quiet is guaranteed! In our House we also care about the comfort of other villagers - so we kindly ask you to be quiet and cultured when using the hot tub. Guest access The house is equipped with a 3-4 person sauna with loungers and a shower. An atmospheric, separate relaxation space will come in handy to take a break from the daily grind. The mood is created by warm lighting, rocking loungers and wood and wicker accessories. The sauna is included in the price of your stay, but you are kindly asked to turn it off immediately at the end of your use. Outside the house under the forest there is a balia with a Jacuzzi open only until mid-September - a place to calm down and enjoy nature. Included in the price of your stay is one pack of wood for the balia or fireplace. We kindly ask you to behave culturally when using the balia - in the House we care about the comfort of other villagers :) Other things to note The house is equipped with beds for 8 people: 2 beds with double marriage mattress (160cm x 200cm), 4 single beds (90cm x 200cm). On request we can prepare a travel crib for a toddler with a mattress and bedding - please let us know before you arrive.
