The nearest beach is only less than a minute walk. The rooftop is spacious enough for hanging out or for your pets to run around. There is a ledge from the street level to the beach, there are no stairs so you would need to climb down to get to the beach Guest access You can use the whole penthouse and balcony space during your stay. Other things to note Check in - 2pm onwards Check out - 11am Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Fee: ₱400/hour – Early check-in is charged from your arrival time until 2:00 PM – Late check-out is charged starting 11:00 AM onward – Subject to availability — please message us to confirm in advance House Rules: - Please rinse off sand before entering the house, there is a faucet outside the unit - Do not flush toilet paper or napkins in the toilet to avoid clogging. - Please do not rearrange the furniture - Any damages incur a fee - Lost keys, or if you accidentally take home our keys, incur a fee - We are pet friendly but please clean after your pets, guests will be charged for any damages or stains by pets - Only the delcared number of guests are allowed to sleep in the unit - Quiet hours start at 9pm
