The nearest beach is only less than a minute walk. The rooftop is spacious enough for hanging out or for your pets to run around. It's also one of our favorite places to watch the sunset at the end of the day. Pets are welcome. Other things to note Check in - 2pm onwards Check out - 11am Early check in fee is P300/hr from the time of arrival until 2pm. Late checkout fee is P300/hr from 11am. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. House Rules: - Please rinse off sand before entering the house, there is a faucet outside the unit - Do not flush toilet paper or napkins in the toilet to avoid clogging. - Please do not rearrange the furniture - Any damages incur a fee - Lost keys, or if you accidentally take home our keys, incur a fee - We are pet friendly but please clean after your pets, guests will be charged for any damages or stains by pets - Only the delcared number of guests are allowed to sleep in the unit - Quiet hours start at 9pm
