There is a family bathroom with over bath shower and a smart walk-in shower in the lower ground floor. The kitchen is well fitted with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine and breakfast area, a comfortable sitting room with an open fire and dining room complete the ground floor. There is a bathroom on the mezzanine level and 3 good size bedrooms over the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a double bedroom and shower room in the lower ground level. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house but are asked to respect that this is my home.
