Stylish double room in Hay on Wye in modern house.

Comfortable double room in our recently renovated home, with breakfast provided . We have lot of art through the house as well as a small library of books and DVDs that you're welcome to use. You'll have sole use of upstairs toilet , but may need to share shower facilities. We have off-street parking, very handy in Hay. About 1 minute walk to the Wye River walk. A few minutes to the Hay festival and less than 10 minutes to downtown Hay with shops & facilities The space We are a laid back bunch, not noisy but not a monastery either. We'll try to be as respectful as possible, but life goes on..it's our home not a buy to let BnB! Guest access please feel at home and use the kitchen (by prior arrangement), hang out etc. We do some commercial cooking so kitchen can be busy. We provide quality bread, eggs, tea, coffee & cereal etc. so you can help yourself for breakfast. During your stay We are generally around, if not out working etc . feel free to ask if you need anything or local information. Other things to note meat eating/ omnivores, there wheat and dairy around too !
