You and your family will just fall in love and want to come back year after year with our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cabin with luxurious furnishings and loft. You'll be able to stay connected with our wireless internet. Located only 10 minutes to West Jefferson, about 20 minutes to Boone, 35 minutes to Blowing Rock, 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and about 45-60 minutes to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. The space MAIN FLOOR: You'll find our open and spacious living room, dining area, and modern kitchen. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, all new appliances, and it is fully stocked with most everything you'll need to prepare a great meal for your friends and family. The living room has electric reclining sofa and loveseat with USB charging ports, beautiful floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace (we will be adding gas logs), large flat screen Smart TV, the living room is perfect for reading your favorite book. We have one master bedroom on the main floor that has a spacious king size bed, walk-in closet, En Suite bathroom with a stand up shower, and vanity. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with queen size bed and flat screen Smart TV and a 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo is just outside this room. The laundry room is on the main level as well. UPPER FLOOR: The second very large master bedroom with a king size bed , walk-in closet and lots of extra room. There is an En Suite full bathroom with standup shower and vanity. Also on the upper level, there is very large loft/gameroom where there will be a very large selection of games to enjoy with friends or family. The loft has a futon that makes a full size bed. There is plenty of room for extra guests, if you bring your own air mattress(es). You will also find many activities that you can enjoy with family and friends. All of the rooms in the house have large windows, so you always have a great view and lots of sunlight. OUTSIDE: The main level of the cabin has a 360 degree extra wide porch, with lots of chairs, rockers, swing and swing chairs so that you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from every angle. We have a gas grill and a charcoal grill for your use. There are lots of trails throughout the development to enjoy nature. Our cabin is the perfect way to spend quality time with friends and family. For the outdoor lovers, enjoy the nearby state parks, canoeing such as River Girl Fishing in Todd and Zaloo's Canoes in Jefferson; or go hiking at one of the many trails in Ashe County and state parks and Blue Ridge Parkway. If you like horseback riding, Burnt Hill Stables is a great place to take the entire family located about 20 minutes north of the cabin. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the Main level and Upper level of the home. If you have an EV, you will have access to the 220V connection for charging your EV in our garage on the Lower level. Other things to note 1 night minimum for off peak times 3 night minimum for select holidays and the entire month of October 4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday (Wednesday - Sunday) 7 night minimum for the July 4th week & Christmas/New Year holidays As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, ice, and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be ICY AND SLICK in the winter months. For the safety of you and your party, PLEASE be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive/AWD, good tires, and/or chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, ALLOWANCES, OR DATE CHANGES RESULTING FROM YOUR NEGLIGENCE IN THIS MATTER.
