Renovated home was completed in December of '20. Open floor plan is conducive to hosting a large family/group. The kitchen is the heart of this home with a large center island, dry bar with wine cooler and high grade appliances. The home features three bedrooms, an sleeping nook, pullout couch, three full baths, a rec area, an optional heated pool and spa, a 6' fenced in yard. *The pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/night. FOR JUNE JULY A SATURDAY CHECK IN IS REQUIRED 7 DAY MINIMUM The space The recreation area below contains a covered seating area, propane grill (propane included), dart board, additional fridge, ping pong table, cornhole boards, fenced yard, and pool area. The pool and spa lights cycle colors at night. The main floor boasts a large open plan with a living room containing a 58" Smart TV, kitchen, dining area, sleeping nook, and a full bath. The screened in porch is located off the main floor and serves as an outdoor dining space. The pullout couch located in the living room contains a queen mattress, and the sleeping nook is equipped with a daybed that converts to the width of a king. There are plenty of family games stored in the TV console for guest use as well. The floor above consists of the master suite, queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room with two sets of bunk beds, and 2 full baths. The master suite features a king bed, 58" Smart TV, sitting area, private balcony, and master bath. The master bath contains both a shower and garden tub as well as a double vanity. Another bedroom contains a queen bed, and 58" Smart TV. The bunk room contains two sets of bunk beds for kids to have their own space. Both the bunk room and queen room access the hall bathroom. The main entrance to the home is up the side stairs through the screened in balcony. The home is equipped with a Yale lock system which will make your stay easy and convenient!
