Located off one ofTrinidad’s finest neighborhoods off historic Colorado Avenue, it is near the restaurants and downtown. 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 twins. Full bath with claw foot tub. Comfy living room flows through to the Modern kitchen. High speed internet, Smart TV with streaming apps. Back porch, small unfenced yard and ample street parking. Cozy and welcoming. The space This home was restored with modern amenities to complement it’s vintage charm. Original hardwood floors, claw foot tub and polished heat registers provide a glow from nearly 100 years ago. There is a back deck perfect for a breath of fresh air. Guest access You have access to the entire main floor of the house. The front and back patios and the back yard (unfenced). Parking is on the street as the driveway is very narrow. Other things to note Extra blankets are located in the closet of each room. In addition to towels, a hair dryer and black make up washcloths are available in the bathroom. Ironing board and iron, along with cleaning supplies and toiletries are located in the laundry room closet. There is laundry detergent as well. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender and items needed for meal preparation.
