A beautiful, dog friendly lodge-style holiday home with a huge private enclosed garden, safe for children and dogs with a seven seater hot tub. Sleeps up to six people with it’s two bedrooms; one double with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite toilet and sink, and one twin room, plus a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The space The outdoor space at this holiday home is amazing and one of the largest private enclosed garden plots on the whole holiday park. This makes it a perfect choice for couples, friends and families, with or without pets to enjoy . The hot tub is sheltered under a hard top gazebo, so perfect for all weathers. It has side panels that can be closed for privacy, plus lights around the gazebo for night time tubbing. Also in the garden, are two adjustable sun loungers with a side table. The lounge patio doors open onto a spacious decking area with seating and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the open view onto a beautiful area of trees, grass and flower beds. As well as this, there is a large decking area on the side of the lodge with table and chairs for six people, perfect for al fresco dining. The lounge is bright and airy with a large smart TV. There is a dining area next to the modern kitchen which has a large built in fridge freezer and all the things you would need for cooking in the lodge. The naturally lit hallway leads to a large family bathroom with a full size bath and shower. In the wardrobe in the twin room are a selection of family games for all to enjoy. The beds will be made up for your arrival, and one shower towel provided for each guest. You may want to bring extra for when using the hot tub. A complimentary treat basket is included as well as tea, coffee, sugar and individual milk portions. A private parking space is right outside, big enough for one large or two small cars, plus a free car park very close for any additional cars. Just a five minute walk away is the Country Club, fishing lake, outdoor play park and multi sports court. .The award winning 5* rated Patrington Haven Leisure Park is located in the beautiful historic village of Patrington, East Yorkshire. The park is only 10 minutes from the East Yorkshire Coast with several beaches including many that are dog friendly. Other things to note Dogs must not be allowed on any furniture unless on a dog blanket or left unattended in the property for long periods of time. All dog poo must be picked up from the garden before departure.
