This clean family-friendly mountain oasis has comfy beds, a big game room w/ pool table & shuffleboard, BBQ, huge deck w/ basketball hoop & firepit for lounging. 4 Bedrooms (9 beds: 2 Cali King, 2 Queen, 2 double (bunk), 2 twin (bunk) and a futon), 2 baths (1 tub/shower, 1 deep tub), level front entrance and 4 parking spots (rare!). We are 90 min from LA, walking distance to Lake Gregory, 15 min to Santa's Village, Sky Park and Lake Arrowhead, 4 min to the boathouse or Sycamore Ranch Winery! The space Come enjoy some well-deserved family/friend time nestled by the fireplace, or playing billiards, shuffleboard, or board games. Strum the guitar while star gazing on the deck in a hammock by the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy premium bedding and all your favorite streaming channels on crisp TVs. Connect with nature, enjoy the pines and fruiting trees, and a host of mountain songbirds, with bird feed provided to every guest to put in the feeder within view of the living room :) Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and all the outside areas including the 1400 sq ft deck for kids to play on (a rarity up the mountain) and all to enjoy while dining Al Fresca or enjoying the firepit, and balconies off the dining room and upstairs bedroom. There is a keypad on the front door for easy self check-in and check-out. We will send you a unique access code before you arrive. There are fruit and nut trees all over the property so depending on the season, we welcome you to enjoy harvesting the apples, peaches, grapes and walnuts on the property. They make excellent tarts and cobblers! Other things to note There is a new propane BBQ on the deck off the dining room, a gas fireplace in the main living room, and a propane gas fire pit on the main deck.
