Man cave/ play space in the den of the lower level, with a pull-out couch, two regular couches, beer fridge, wooden bar, television, and additional bathroom. Open floor plan with bright, comfortable rooms. Lots of spaces to spread out and relax! Guest access You have the whole house! Other things to note We have a standup paddle board and fun toys and towels for the lake! We have lots of kids’ books, toys, and a baby gate! You can rent an awesome pontoon boat from local marinas. The neighbors also have a kayak for rent. LGBTQ+ friendly! Dogs allowed, but there’s a $100 pet fee.
