There is very light car traffic on Woodland Valley Road with a maybe an occasional walker, cyclist or jogger. The property is located on quiet and safe historic area. The general area is comprised of full-time residents, weekend residents, second homeowners, seasonal guests and short-term vacation rental guests. We are located less than a mile from Main Street Phoenicia. There are no Uber/ Lyft services in the area so you will need a car. Guests will have access to dedicated parking. You can take an Trailways or local bus to Kingston and a local bus to Woodstock and Kingston. Renting a car is recommended.
