It is only 100 meters from the sea, allowing you to enjoy the best beach in Brazil at an affordable price and super comfortable. We are located in the best neighborhood in the municipality of Bombinhas, close to shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the best beach! The space The space is perfect for couples with or without small children, looking for a comfortable place to stay. Guests have access to all areas of the kitnet, including the full kitchen, living room with TV and wifi, service area and barbecue, only the backyard, laundry is shared. Guest access You will have access through the main gate, we will receive you and deliver the keys on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The kitnet, located in the center of Bombinhas, is inside a closed plot with another kitnet in the same place, each with its own privacy. Please read carefully before you complete the reservation: As a reminder, we allow pets as long as they're not big or brave. The owner must be responsible for any damages caused, and there are associated additional costs, which must be previously discussed. We would like to inform you that, to ensure comfort during your stay in our apartment we initially provide a basic set of bedding and pillows, these items are available as part of the services included in your reservation. However, covered, bath/face towels or toiletries must be brought from home. If you need additional bedding during your stay, an additional fee will be applied to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided. Check-in: I will personally be at the property to receive you and hand over the keys. The address and my contact will be sent after the reservation is complete. Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. The garage 1 standard size vehicle, when the car is very large, rural areas leave in front of the property, as the neighborhood is quiet. It is not allowed to hold parties, the use of the property is exclusive for nights for the season. Visits are permitted, but it is forbidden to receive people to stay overnight without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
