This space was sits on a secluded 4 acres of land with incredible views of Granite Mountain and crystal clear stars absent of any light pollution. Enjoy the high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and of course the bunk beds.. The Bunkhouse is located near endless boulders and trails ready to be explored. Western themed decor, unobstructed view Granite Mountain, and crystal clear views of the night sky make this a special place to enjoy. Living & Kitchen The living room and kitchen is an open concept space with a fully stocked kitchen and fully furnished living room with a Samsung smart TV for entertainment. Primary Bedroom The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed with large window letting in natural light. There are 2 coat closets for storage as well as a nightstand. The Bunkroom The bunk home has a bunk bed with 2 full mattresses. It also has a green suede couch that folds into a bed for additional sleeping request. This space also has a Samsun Framed smart TV surrounded by western decor for entertaining. Deck The back deck is surrounded by boulders and is a wonderful space to get some fresh air. Also star viewing on this deck is incredible. Note2: - There are 2 entrances into this home. 1 directly into the kitchen / living space and the other directly into the Bunkroom. - We have an EV charger for our environmental conscious guests. Guest access You're welcome to use the entire Bunkhouse space and also welcome to explore the property. Other things to note 1. Please leave shoes off before entering the house. 2. Please no tampering with cameras, they are for your safety to confirm arrival and departure. 3. No smoking on the property as we are surrounded by a highly flammable area. 4. Always watch children when playing on rocks, our fenced back yard has cactus scattered around the property. ***This property sits on 4 acres please do not disturb “The Homestead by The Howdy Ranch” which also may be rented out during your stay, both home are detached and are completely private from one another. There are about 200’ of very large boulders and trees separating each property.
