The kitchen features gorgeous countertops along with stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Off of the kitchen and living area is a quaint screened-in deck featuring seating and paddle boards that are the perfect spot to hang your gear after the beach! One of the guest bedrooms and bathroom are located downstairs as well. This guest bedroom features a Queen bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and closet with an iron and ironing board. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The second floor of the home is where you will spend most of your time - in the Game Room! This room features a ping pong table, an ESPN dome hockey game, a beverage center, an area for the little ones with a three-story dollhouse and kitchen set for their imagination, and a flat-screen Smart TV above the bar for the adults! The laundry room and the other two bedrooms are located upstairs as well. The kiddos will love the second guest bedroom - a bunk room! This room features a full over a full bunk bed, closet, and Smart TV! The master bedroom has plenty of natural lighting and features a King bed along with a closet (that has a portable playpen for a family convenience of a little one), a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. This master bathroom features double-sink vanities and a shower. **Community requires a weekly stay year-round. (7-night minimum) This neighborhood also features a community pool!
