In the heart of an Alsatian forest village, Lancre is the perfect house for your holiday in Alsace, with family or friends. Kids-friendly all the way to the game room, the house offers 8 quality adult beds, 4 single beds for children/teens, 4 baby beds. Add to that two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and friendly spaces. Ideally located for visiting Alsace and the Vosges, it is easily accessible by train or car. The space Lancre is a townhouse on three levels with an area of 180 m². ATTENTION: Maximum capacity = 8 adults and 4 teens/children/babies We accept small dogs as long as they don't enter the bedrooms. 220V outlet at the garage door to charge an electric vehicle. The house is located in the center of the village, in front of the church. It rings for mass and every quarter of an hour, including at night. The ground floor consists of a large entrance with cupboards. The first floor consists of A large and bright living space of about 70 m² with - The kitchen of your dreams: open and fully equipped (cooking and baking utensils, dishes, oven, dishwasher, large capacity refrigerator, 4 burner induction hob, extraction hood, microwave, Senseo, blender, rice cooker...). In the friendly kitchen, you will find in the cupboards what to make fondues, pierrades, pancakes party, Korean grill fondue...; - A dining room with a table seating up to 20 guests; - A living room with TV, DVD, console... This bright living room offers panoramic views of the entire valley and surrounding forest. A bathroom (120 cm bathtub for bathing children, with shower screen for adults) with adult sink, children's sink, adult toilet, children's toilet (maternal size), storage, washing machine & dryer column. One bedroom 1 with queen size bed 160, TV, desk, convertible 1 place. The second floor consists of A large game room (and its toys) with a single sofa bed; Bedroom 2 with queen size bed 160 and desk; The adjoining bedroom 2bis has twin beds of 80 cm and storage. Bedroom 3 with a queen size bed 160; Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed 160; A shower room with toilet. Guest access You will have free and exclusive access to all the areas described. Some cupboards and additional rooms will be closed with latches. They contain our personal belongings, please respect these spaces. Other things to note Baby-friendly house! We provide you with equipment to accommodate up to four babies: standard umbrella beds with sheets and high chairs, four bed barriers to secure large beds, bouncers, two changing mats, baby monitors, nutribaby, dishes... And toys adapted to the age of the children. For toddlers, we can add single mattresses on the floor and prepare the sofa bed in the games room. This equipment is not stored in the house itself, so remember to let us know so that we can equip the house before your arrival.
