Every room has sensational views. The deck overlooks the Coliban river, while the living room beautifully frames Mount Alexander. There are 3 queen bedrooms available (each with queen mattresses with king sized doonas) - 2 bedrooms with ensuites, and the 3rd bedroom located next to the main bathroom. There also a 4th bedroom with bunk beds (all single mattresses with single doonas) that accommodates 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning. Massive open plan kitchen/living/dining area - rolling out to expansive deck area with weber bbq, suspended daybed, darts and the outdoor spa and pool. The modern kitchen has all the equipment you need - including induction hotplates, wine glasses, oven and large fridge with ice maker. Views from the spa are breathtaking. The spa is bigger than standard, and seats 6 people. The pool is huge. For the more adventurous, there is the option of strolling down to the river for a dip in the water. Enjoy some peace and quiet in the 2 separate living rooms - each with huge TVs (82 inch and 75 inch) and A/C. One has a Foosball table, while the other has an indoor daybed. Unlimited wifi and mobile reception throughout. Guest access Several areas are locked and not accessible for storage reasons - one bedroom, laundry and sheds. Pantry is also locked. Other things to note BYO bed linen and towels - Pillows and Doonas provided. Strictly no parties or events. There is a separate shack on the property which is basically a glorified shed. No one will be staying in this shack during your stay to ensure you have the place to yourself.
