Located near the D13 connecting the town of Matignon (all shops) to the town of Hennanbihen, the Rucabanon is a T3 type chalet located in front of the main house. Its geographical location between sea and countryside is ideal for a diverse stay. The space The Rucabanon offers: - a parking space on the property near the gîte reserved for guests (parking closed at night); - a living room open to a small semi-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher); - a double bedroom (bed made on arrival); - an individual sleeping area (90*190); - a bathroom (single sink, small bathtub and toilet); - an independent outdoor terrace with barbecue; - access to a 3000 m2 orchard in the heart of the countryside. Shared washing machine/ironing board and iron. For a pleasant stay, the following are available to share with the second gîte of the Domaine: - board games; - a ping pong table (and its paddles); - a pétanque court (and its balls), a Breton ball game, a puck game, etc.; - deckchairs. Bicycles can also be stored upon request. The Domaine des Cadoux is a partner of the Dinan Cap-Frehel 2022 tourist office; as such, we will be able to send you many guides and useful materials to prepare for your stay. Other things to note The host does not charge an additional cleaning fee per night. Guests are asked to clean up when they leave. The Rucabanon does not have a WIFI connection. The Rucabanon is located close to a departmental road; noise pollution is possible depending on the sensitivity of each person (mainly during the day in high season and during the hours of going to/returning from work in low season). We provide guests with earplugs for the night. Some spaces and amenities are shared (garden, washing machine, etc.) Not suitable for children under 12 years old due to the nearby road (and there is no specific equipment for children).
