All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean! This open layout can accommodate up to 2 people and is nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is free! Maximum 2 cars per stay, passenger vehicles only (no camper vans, RVs, etc.). There is an attached “Elephant Rock Escape" main home next to this casita. The casita shares some common walls with the main home, similar to an apartment or townhome. But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor spaces, and living spaces. Find your zen in your new home away from home. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a 5-star stay! Guest access You will have access to the casita space and front patio. The backyard is reserved for the main house guests. Other things to note Pet Policy Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund. Security To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
