Lake Ripley, the sparkling gem of Cambridge, is loaded with fish for summer fun or ice-fishing. Shop our adorable downtown, with a thriving art scene. Our quaint little town is a slice of heaven in a busy world. The space With plenty of bedrooms, and two living areas, everyone can be comfortable together or enjoying different activities. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a family room and three bedrooms upstairs with an open floor plan Kitchen, Dining and Sitting Room adjacent to the deck. Guest access Guests have private access to all areas of the home, patio and yard. The garage is a storage area for the owners. Nightly base rate is for single occupancy. Fees apply for additional guests. There are two access points to Lake Ripley. The closer one is the private beach, ShorePlace. It is about a 1000 ft walk from the house, past the ShorePlace playground. It has a swimming area and some chairs. The second option is Lake Ripley Park. It is a public beach about 1 mile away; the cost is $5 per adult, $2 per child. The park has shelters, bathrooms, and playground equipment. There is a public boat launch on Island Lane, info available at lakeripley dot org. There is no guest access to a private pier. Other things to note Nightly base rate is for single occupancy. Fees apply for each additional guest for the duration of the stay. Guest Fees double if added after the start of the reservation. A $500 Event Fee per day will be charged for any unauthorized daytime visitors. We are always looking for ways to improve the house. Please don't hesitate to make suggestions.
