Lovely Condo, Close to Ocean and Carlsbad Village

This tastefully designed condo is a great stay for couples and families. With a short driving distance (about two miles) to Carlsbad state beach, dining, and shops, you'll experience the relaxing vibe of Carlsbad Village in no time. The kitchen has updated appliances and a wine refrigerator to chill your favorite wines. Follow the open living room area to the private patio that overlooks the tranquil grounds with the pool and hot tub only steps away. The space We have a comfortable 2 bedroom and two bathroom condo in Carlsbad. Our home is close by to Carlsbad State Beach and Carlsbad Village. The back patio conveniently leads to the pool and jacuzzi. In our two level condo, there's a living and dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom with king size bed and en suite primary bath (upstairs), a second bedroom with two twin beds and second full bath (downstairs). A couple of things to note: There are neighbors above this unit. Also, this unit is about 50 to 60 yards from the 5 freeway and there is the possibility of distant noise from loud vehicles. Windows in the primary bedroom, when opened, the freeway can be heard. Guest access Access to the entire unit is yours upon booking. Other things to note The one car garage fits cars with a maximum width of 82 inches. In addition to the one car garage, there is one assigned uncovered parking space, #34. There is visitor parking inside the community as well.
