Our upper penthouse features a unique Private Rooftop Patio where you can enjoy private sunbathing and entertainment PLUS a huge balcony with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and downtown skyline. We provide extra cleaning supplies for your stay and we follow Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process. Guest access POOL: Enjoy the infinity edge pool overlooking beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Soak up the views of a Hallandale Beach skyline while relaxing on a chaise lounge with the convenience of our poolside towel service. FITNESS CENTER: A fitness center with a view! Take advantage of our fully equipped fitness center with over 1,000 square feet of space offering machines, free weights, and gorgeous views of coastal Hallandale Beach skyline and our infinity pool. SHORT WALK OR A FUN RIDE: The condo is located 5 minutes walk from the beach. You can also hop on our complimentary shuttle, which is available daily to and from the beach. You can depart and return to the Resort at your leisure between 9AM and 6PM (every 20 mins). PARKING and RESORT FEES: Valet Parking and Resort Fees are NOT INCLUDED. Parking is paid directly to Valet and Resort Fee is paid to Front Desk upon arrival. We do not receive any revenue from Valet Parking or Resort fees. Valet Parking Rates: 1-7 nights: $28+tax / day 8-9 nights: $25+tax / day 10-19 nights: $250+tax (flat rate) 20-30 nights: $295+tax (flat rate) Resort Fees: 1-6 days: $30 / day 7-15 days: $25 / day 16-29 days: $20 / day 30 days: $300 (additional days at $10 / day) Other things to note Our Penthouse is a Private Unit in a condo hotel building. It is a resort-style condo, and we provide an initial set of linens and towels for your stay. Hotel cleaning service is not included. We can provide hotel cleaning / turndown service for an additional extra fee upon request. Early Check In and Late Check Out requires approval, and is subject to additional fee and availability. Guest booking must be at least 21 years of age and provide ID upon check in. Our property has a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING policy. Registered Guests Only. BeachWalk Resort requires that you register all guests. Any unregistered guests will be considered a party or gathering. We clean and sanitize based on Airbnb's cleaning handbook and checklist and we follow Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process.
