Our newly renovated beach condo faces West and comes with beautiful city views of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the famous Intracoastal. Resort style living with large ocean side pool, Tiki bar (open till past midnight) and Italian restaurant. Water sport rentals and long list of resort amenities, supermarket, nail salon, bars and restaurants a short walk away, no car needed! Our apartment is a composition of a 1 BR apartment no 503 and a 2 BR apartment no 505. We always only rent out both apartments combined since the apartments are connected with each other but our guests also have the possibility to use both apartments separately, which gives larger groups or two families for example the necessary privacy. Kitchen comes fully stocked for the at home chef, and the dining table extends to seats 8. Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room, master suite and guest room provide lots of natural light throughout the day, beautiful city views and truly stunning set-sets into the evening. The master suite features 2 queen size beds, 40" flat screen TV on a swivel mount. The en-suite bath is newly renovated with granite counter tops, his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The living room area offers two couches that can be pulled out to full size beds if needed. One couch sleeps 2, the other couch up to 4, but during the day or evening provide plenty of seating for the whole group and entertainment from the 55" flat screen is sure to be a great spot to catch a game on tv, or movies. The Ocean Manor Resort Amenities are plentiful. Not only do they have an ultra casual Tiki bar and restaurant right in the sand on the beach, but they also have an upscale Italian restaurant inside the building called Casa Calabria. Both spots offer great happy hour specials on drinks and appetizers! There is free yoga offered on the beach most mornings, and if you're a yogi, you must be sure to check this out, I have lots of local friends who enjoy going there! They also offer additional services for a fee, such as shaded cabana rentals by the day, a beach valet who provides chairs and umbrellas. Beach cabanas are $100/day, where $50 is a credit towards food and beverage purchases throughout the day, and the chairs are $10/each per day, and umbrellas are $10/day. A public washer and dryer room is located at the basement of the hotel for a small fee, they are coin operated. Washer and dryers can be accessed from the service elevator. However please don’t bring any drinks or coolers with you when accessing the beach by the tiki bar. This is a commercial resort amenity and your own drinks (especially alcoholic beverages) are just not permitted. Thank you for your understanding! If you'd like to bring your own drinks, snacks, beach chairs and umbrellas please use one of many beach accesses along on Galt Ocean Drive and you should be all set - please ask one of our Blu Sky Team members for further assistance and we are happy to help! COVID-19: Our home is clean, safe and ready for your arrival. We follow all local, State and federal requirements for maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of this property in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. When you arrive, you will find gentle reminders and helpful infographics on COVID-19 safety as well as a clearly-poste notice stating the date and time that the house was last cleaned and sanitized. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will welcome you remotely with our web check-in procedures, but we are here for you! Our condo is located in a resort with every amenity available to our guests as well, such as: the large heated outdoor pool, the hotel restaurant (Casa Calabria), the tiki bar, water sport rentals, valet parking, concierge, beach chair rentals and a keycard operated laundry room in the basement. Pet Policy Pets are welcome. However while we love our furry friends, continuous unfortunate situations have taken us to charge a one time pet fee of $500. There is a maximum of two pets per property allowed. Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival in addition to having proper vaccinations. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag which must be disposed of in outside garbage receptacles. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. An additional $500 fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas or droppings and urine anywhere in our home. Guest pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the property and under no circumstances are Guest pets allowed on the beach. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Guest pet policies and property availability are subject to change per manager, owner, county association rules and regulations at any time. Please note: Enforcement of local ordinances: At Blu Sky Vacation Rentals, we value our guests and our properties as well as our neighbors and their properties. As such, we strictly support our local authorities enforcing our local ordinances and expect our guests to do the same: Any violation of local ordinances, such as excessive noise or disorderly conduct, that results in law enforcement to be called to the scene, will effectively terminate your rental agreement and result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents and damage/security deposits paid.
