On the main floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a dedicated office space—ideal for remote work or quiet relaxation. Upstairs, the master suite is your personal haven, featuring a king-sized bed, lake views, and a private full bathroom complete with a stand-up shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space for guests. One room features a queen-sized bed, while the other includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a stand-up shower. The spacious living room is designed for comfort, with a large sectional sofa, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, incredible lake views, and a 70-inch TV equipped with Apple TV for all your entertainment needs. Step outside onto the multi-tiered back deck, where you’ll enjoy 180-degree views of the lake. The deck features an outdoor dining table, a sectional couch, hot tub and a propane fire table —perfect for unwinding while soaking in the scenery. Whether you’re swimming, fishing, ice skating, or simply relaxing by the lake, this home offers something for everyone throughout the year. Guest access Guests have access to most of the home with the exception of a few owners closets and sheds. Guests have direct access to the lake with a shallow and sandy area for swimming. Other things to note -Our cozy cottage was originally built in the 1920’s and has been beautifully updated and has a lot of character and charm. -The home is on a well with a water softener system, iron filter and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. -The home is on a small lot with close neighbors on both sides- be very mindful of them! -The lots across the street with the garages belong to our neighbors - our guests are not permitted to use their driveways or yard space for any reason. This includes their docks and floating rafts- thank you! -Many stairs are required to get down to the Lake. - We have the house treated regularly but It’s a cottage on the water and at certain times of year you may encounter bugs and insects in and around the home. 🏡 House Rules We love hosting and want you to enjoy your stay! To help us keep our home welcoming and respectful to our neighbors and community, please review and follow these house rules: 🔇 Quiet Hours Weekends (Fri–Sat): 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Weekdays (Sun–Thurs): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please keep voices and music at respectful levels during these hours, both indoors and outdoors. 🎉 Parties, Gatherings & Visitors No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted. Any additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance. 🚭 Smoking, Vaping, & Marijuana Use Our property is 100% smoke-free (including inside the home, driveway, decks, and yard). Evidence of smoking, vaping, or marijuana use will result in a $500 fine and/or removal from the property. 🐾 Pets We have a no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and possible reservation cancellation. 🚗 Parking Guests must park in the driveway only. Up to 4 vehicles are permitted. Street parking and parking in neighbors’ areas is not allowed. Vehicles parked in undesignated areas are subject to towing at the guest’s expense. 🧹 Cleaning Expectations Please be respectful of our home and clean up after yourself. A checkout list is provided in the home. 🌳 Outdoor Spaces / Deck Use Please be mindful of noise when outside, especially during quiet hours. Clean up after yourself — no trash, food, or drink items should be left outside. Please ensure nothing blows into our neighbors’ yards or the lake. 🏠 Agreement to house Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
