Guest access Guests have access to most of the home with the exception of a few owners closets and sheds. Guests have direct access to the lake with a shallow and sandy area for swimming. Other things to note -Our cozy cottage was originally built in the 1920’s and has been beautifully updated and has a lot of character and charm. -The home is on a well with a water softener system, iron filter and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. -The home is on a small lot with close neighbors on both sides- be very mindful of them! -The lots across the street with the garages belong to our neighbors - our guests are not permitted to use their driveways or yard space for any reason. This includes their docks and floating rafts- thank you! -Please note: Stairs are required to access the Lake. - We have the house treated regularly but It’s a cottage on the water and at certain times of year you may encounter bugs and insects in and around the home. 🏡 House Rules: We want you to have a wonderful stay! Please review a few important guidelines to help us keep our home beautiful for all guests. Occupancy: • Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation. • No unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests. No Parties or Events: • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet Hours: • Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Parking: • Parking is limited to the 4-car driveway. • If bringing a boat trailer, it must fit within the driveway. Lake & Outdoor Areas: • Please use caution when using the dock, paddle boards, and water equipment. • Children should always be supervised near the water. Hot Tub: • Shower before use and follow posted guidelines. • No glass near the hot tub. No Smoking: • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Pets: • Pets are not allowed. Check-In / Check-Out: • Please follow posted check-in and check-out times so our cleaning team can properly prepare the home.
