On the main floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a dedicated office space—ideal for remote work or quiet relaxation. Upstairs, the master suite is your personal haven, featuring a king-sized bed, lake views, and a private full bathroom complete with a stand-up shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space for guests. One room features a queen-sized bed, while the other includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a stand-up shower. The spacious living room is designed for comfort, with a large sectional sofa, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, incredible lake views, and a 70-inch TV equipped with Apple TV for all your entertainment needs. Step outside onto the multi-tiered back deck, where you’ll enjoy 180-degree views of the lake. The deck features an outdoor dining table, a sectional couch, a propane fire table, and a 7-person hot tub—perfect for unwinding while soaking in the scenery. Whether you’re swimming, fishing, ice skating, or simply relaxing by the lake, this home offers something for everyone throughout the year. *Please note that our neighbors two doors down are doing some major construction in 2025. Our home is conveniently located close to: - Grocery Stores (Kroger, Meijer & Aldi) - Downtown Lake Orion - Polly Ann & Paint Creek Trails - Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall - Pine Knob Ski Resort & Music Theater - Several Golf Courses Summer Guests: -Lake Orion has a public boat launch and we do have dock space for our guests to tie up to, parking is limited so be mindful when bringing a boat trailer- it will need to fit in the 4 car driveway. -Boat rental is available via a third party -We have two paddle boards available for guests to use. - We added a beige floating raft for guests to use and removed the water trampoline which was damaged (July 2024). -Feel free to Bring your own kayak, paddle boards and fishing gear -If you are looking for another way to experience the lake there are some local boat tours that we can recommend Guest access Guests have access to most of the home with the exception of a few owners closets. Guests can use the hot tub all year round and they also have direct access to the lake with a shallow and sandy area for swimming. Other things to note -Our cozy cottage was originally built in the 1920’s and has been beautifully updated and has a lot of character and charm. -The home is on a well with a water softener system, iron filter and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. -The home is on a small lot with close neighbors on both sides, very close. -The lots across the street with the garages belong to our neighbors - our guests are not permitted to use their driveways or yard space for any reason. This includes their docks and floating rafts. -Many stairs are required to get down to the Lake. - We have the house treated regularly but It’s a cottage on the water and at certain times of year you may encounter bugs and insects in and around the home.
