3 Bedroom Waterview Sleeps 9 Pensacola Beach Pool

Come experience a ROOMY soundside condo w/balcony that is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico! Amenities include HUGE pool, pier, tennis, & shuffleboard. You'll love this unit & location on the trolley stop. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach must be seen to be believed. Kitchen is well stocked, the 5 beds are comfortable, and the decor is modern coastal. We are REAL OWNERS and not a rental company. We have this one unit and have set it up thoughtfully for our enjoyment and yours. The space To access the unit it will be necessary to go up some stairs. This unit is over 1400 square feet with a lot of the space in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. There is waterview of the sound from the livingroom and balcony access. The unit has been recently updated. The flooring is tile except on the bedrooms, which are carpeted. The countertops are granite. Kitchen appliances are Kitchen Aid and LG. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom on the left as you enter is mermaid themed and has a queen bed. The one to the right is quite large; we call it the "Shark Room." It has a full bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. The final bedroom has a king bed. We call it the "Coral Room"; it has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony, which offers a waterview of the sound. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, its own smart TV, and its own fan. The unit has a washer and dryer too. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit except an owner's closet in the Coral Room. Other things to note Please read the agreement regarding check in/out times, items we supply, check out procedures, etc... Note: Due to space issues and the inability to clean and maintain them for you--cleaning companies do not offer such services--we are not able to supply beach towels, umbrellas, toys, etc...
