This family home is close to all sights and amenities. You can do everything on foot (skiing, city center, church, tourist office, shops, Aiguille du Midi). You will enjoy the large terrace to admire the massif on the Mont Blanc side and the Brevent side. The cottage is rented only by the week (7 nights) The space The chalet is very family-friendly, with 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, plus 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (more suitable for children/teenagers). 3 bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a third upstairs with a shower and toilet. A laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the appliances you need to prepare Savoyard dishes. The fireplace will give you that cozy mountain atmosphere (please use it sparingly to avoid polluting our beautiful valley). Guest access You will have access to the upper part of the chalet with the parking lot and the 35 m2 terrace. The parking lot can accommodate 3 cars in summer and 2 in winter. (The owners may spend a few nights in the lower part of the chalet, which is totally independent). Other things to note Sheets will be placed on your beds as well as towels. Beds are not made.
